Zachary’s restaurant at Pezula Hotel serves local organic produce with a global influence. Intimate and romantic at night, the restaurant’s setting is simply spectacular during the day. The gourmet menu is built on simple yet satisfying principles: the finest fresh local ingredients prepared to enhance natural flavours, succulence and tenderness. There is also a collection of some of the finest local and international wine labels and vintages.

Look out for special evenings where local wine and cheeses are served for guests as an aperitif downstairs.

Activities
